As of July 1, 2026, West End Machine & Welding enters a new chapter under the ownership of Pete and Haley Bailey.

For many of our customers, this transition may feel less like a change and more like a continuation. Haley has been part of the West End office for over 12 years, working closely with customers, coordinating jobs, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Pete has spent the last 14 years in the field and in the shop, learning the trade from some of the most experienced craftsmen in the industry and developing the skills that have made West End known for quality workmanship and dependable service.

Together, we've dedicated our careers to this business and the people it serves. We know our customers, we understand their expectations, and we take great pride in the reputation that has been built here over the last six decades.

When Mike Mitchell agreed to let us carry West End into the future, we were honored by the opportunity. We have been fortunate to learn from Mike, as well as from the previous longtime owner John Rueger and the

many skilled employees who helped build this company into what it is today.

While we plan to modernize certain processes and continue looking for ways to improve the customer experience, our commitment remains the same: quality work, honest service, fair pricing, and the old-school craftsmanship that West End Machine & Welding has always been known for.
